Circus Center San Francisco is seeking a dynamic and energetic Executive Director to lead the organization and ensure the successful implementation of its Strategic Plan. institutions. Skills in relationship-building, networking, and collaboration
across disciplines, sectors, and jurisdictions, including the ability to
facilitate discussions and build consensus. The incumbent must be able to work
in a complex and demanding environment with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to conceptualize, develop,
implement and manage projects of a diverse nature, while meeting objectives,
timeframes and budgets. Excellent communication skills, the ability to write
and speak in clear, accessible, and compelling language with a high degree of
professionalism and diplomacy. A strong ability to provide strategic advice
based on strong analytical research, and to organize and lead work on behalf of
various stakeholders. A high level of organizational and business
administration skills, with particular strengths in strategic planning, and
financial management.

& Website Manager. The successful candidate will design IFA’s
publications and promotional materials in their print and online forms. S/he
will also be responsible for maintaining, updating and managing the IFA website.
S/he will set and maintain a consistent style and branding
standards across IFA materials, and will work both independently and as part of
a team. The position will be based in
Bangalore. The compensation package
will be in the scale of 2.40 to 4 lakh rupees annually. Applicants should
have at least two years experience and be familiar with current Internet standards, including Web browsers
and browser specifications. In-depth knowledge of HTML and
CSS is a requirement as is expertise in
