Ulster Bank Dublin Theatre Festival, one of Ireland’s leading cultural organisations, is seeking to make an appointment to its senior management team.  he Director of Marketing and Development will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy for the Festival and for meeting agreed box office targets. S/he will be responsible for maintaining relations with existing corporate sponsors, developing the Festival’s successful Friends and Corporate Friends schemes and delivering agreed fund-raising targets. S/he should have a proven track record in arts marketing, in corporate relations and/or fund-raising.

The Assistant Director will support the Director in the administration of Cork Printmakers and will manage the education and events programme provided for members and the public.  The ideal candidate should possess: 2 years experience working in administration, background in educational/arts administration preferable. Experience in fine art printmaking preferable but not essential. Must be willing to learn printmaking processes and techniques. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. Kinsale Arts Week, now in its fourth successful year as one of the most innovative and eclectic arts festivals in Ireland, is seeking a Director to take overall responsibility for arts programming and co-ordination of the nine-day event (July 11-19th 2009).  Supported by a full-time festival co-ordinator, contracted production manager, box office manager and a host of volunteers, the Festival Director will select proposed projects across a wide range of media – performance, music, literary, visual arts and community-based - within budget and artistic guidelines set by the Board, and bring them to fruition for Kinsale Arts Week 2009. This is an initial 9 month contract from November 2008 to July 2009, then 12 month contracts thereafter, and you will be based in Kinsale or the Cork area.
